INGREDIENTES:
400 g de de maracuyá
400 g crema de leche
400 g leche condensada
3 sobres de gelatina sin sabor
PREPARACIÓN:
Poner a hervir en agua la gelatina sin sabor y dejar reposar. Luego sacar el maracuyá y licuarlo con la gelatina sin sabor y adicionarle la crema de leche, leche liquida y la leche condensada. Después llevar a los moldes y refrigerar.

I would be considered a bgeennir in the weight lifting arena and am confused with all the machines at the gym, and what moves will work the areas I want to focus on. I do not have a lot of extra income to spend on a personal trainer so I was excited to see your boot camp workout app. It is awesome I can do the workout at home on the three days a week that I am not able to get to the gym to work out. Another huge plus, it is portable and I always have what day and what workout I am doing right in my hand. Thank you for creating this app and I am an avid user of the C25k app. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
